The ideal candidate will have experience and a passion for working with 16 – 18 and 19+ learners, ideally in challenging environments. You must be a good communicator and be able to deliver outstanding outcomes. This post will involve some cross college working to ensure the curriculum offer is fit for purpose and liaise directly with external and internal stakeholders to ensure learners are making progress and achieve the end goals. Staff satisfaction is exceptional within the department with 100% of the team agreeing the department continually improves its provision and stating they would recommend the college as a good place to work.
