An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprenticeship Trainer in Painting & Decorating to join our Construction, Professional & Service Industries team reporting to our Apprenticeship Manager. As an Apprenticeship Trainer with Stockton Riverside College, you will be responsible for the delivery of engaging, hands-on training sessions in painting and decorating, aligned with apprenticeship standards and industry best practice. Visit apprentices in the workplace to observe and assess their practical skills, ensuring consistent progress toward end-point assessment. Develop individual learning plans and provide regular feedback to support apprentice development to support apprentices in preparing for end-point assessments through mock testing, coaching, and targeted development. Liaise with employers to ensure apprenticeship training meets the needs of both the apprentice and the business.
