We are a group of colleges in the Tees Valley; Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training and The Skills Academy. Education Training Collective (Etc.) delivers a full range of courses, training and apprenticeship opportunities, as well as professional and commercial courses.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Marketing Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join our Marketing team reporting to our Group Marketing Team Lead.
As a Group Marketing Assistant (Maternity Cover) you will be responsible for working alongside the wider Marketing & Recruitment Team to support the achievement of recruitment targets; and enhance the external reputation of the college. The role will include, but is not limited to, assisting the marketing officers with social media scheduling, photography, events, and general administration tasks.
You will be involved in assisting with the development and management of student recruitment events and share local ownership of the college brand / identity. You will also support the marketing officers in creating and sharing our social media presence, as well as monitoring the impact of marketing activities and gathering and analysing marketing intelligence.
The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills, experience, commitment, and determination to succeed. They will be hard working with good attention to detail and have a strong ability to manage their own workload.
Experience of a marketing or education background is desirable but not essential as training and development can be provided to the right individual who is willing to learn and develop their skills. 8:30am - 4:45pm Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend work that will be given back in lieu time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Course Leader to join our RCC Construction, Engineering and Service Industry (CESI) team reporting to our Curriculum Manager. The CESI department is a friendly, dedicated and hardworking department with the students at the heart of everything we aim to achieve, making a positive difference and providing a platform to progress into an apprenticeship, work or higher education.
As an Electrical Course Leader with Redcar and Cleveland College you will be responsible for the oversight, planning and delivery of Electrical vocational qualifications with the students Safeguarding and welfare paramount. Attendance and involvement with open-evenings/school events would be an expectation with ‘time-in-leu’ to be taken. Monitoring of student attendance and progress to be tracked and actioned on the appropriate ETC on-line platform.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with assessing experience and have current and relevant knowledge in the Electrical Engineering sector with industrial experience. Have the ability to be organised, knowledge of Awarding Bodies standards, have excellent IT and problem-solving skills, also to work to high levels, accuracy, attention to detail and be willing to learn and develop.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced growing department, who focus on both goals and results, offer support to each other, and communicate openly sharing thoughts and opinions.
As a Lecturer with Stockton Riverside College, you will be responsible for a number of learners participating in multi trade training and will contribute to the design and delivery of their learning programmes and assessments, to enable them to successfully achieve their qualifications. The role requires liaising closely with others in the team and have a key role in developing learners to achieve their learning goals and inspiring them to overcome barriers.
The ideal candidate will have significant industry experience, within the Construction sector, and have a high level of drive and enthusiasm which is essential to effectively support learners in their journey.
