An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cognition and Learning Specialist Tutor to join our Health Education and Foundation Learning team reporting to the Course Leader in Foundation Learning. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced growing department. The opportunity to support the development of Further Education provision for learners with Moderate Learning Difficulties is available for a motivated and forward-thinking individual.
As a Foundation Learning Lecturer with Stockton Riverside College, you will be responsible for working with cohorts of learners with High Needs and Educational Health and Care Plans. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with learners with special educational needs and disabilities and have a calm, compassionate and consistent approach to supporting learners. To be part of this team in a curriculum and tutorial capacity is essential and high levels of communication and are required to effective support learners.

Applicants should hold a recognised qualification in counselling at Level 5 or above (e.g. Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling), alongside current membership of a professional body such as the BACP or NCS. A teaching qualification (such as a PGCE, CertEd or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training) is desirable, though not essential, as support can be provided for those willing to work towards it. Candidates should have recent and relevant experience of counselling practice, ideally within a therapeutic or educational setting, and a sound understanding of professional and ethical frameworks. Experience of teaching, training, or supporting adult learners is advantageous. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer of Law to join our Innersummit, Professional Services Team reporting to our Strategic Lead. We have a well-established team within the legal department with a range of specialisms within the field of law. We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff who is passionate about developing and upskilling personnel within the legal sector. The ideal candidate would have a specialism in family, contract or business and employment law. There is the necessity for the successful candidate to deliver over a minimum of two evenings a week.
As a Lecturer of Law with Innersummit you will be responsible for the design and implementation of our legal qualifications and provide support of our trainees while on programme. You will also be aware of the ever changing legal landscape and would be expected to keep up to date with changes in the law and reflect those changes within their delivery.
Successful candidates should hold a qualifying law degree or higher legal qualification, practical experience is desirable. We are seeking to hire an hourly paid catering assistant to support our catering team at Redcar and Cleveland college. This role promotes a favourable work-life balance exclusively operating from Monday to Friday, without any weekend or evening commitments and even fits around the school run!
The ideal candidate will be well organised, willing to be a team player and have excellent customer service skills. Duties may include food preparation and service, cash handling and cleaning. Some flexibility to cover holidays/sickness may be required.

This role is hourly paid therefore hours can be flexible. Availability would be advantageous between 8:30am and 2:30pm on a Monday, and 9am-11:30am Tuesday-Friday.

The department offers programmes from Level 1 brick, plastering and carpentry & joinery, through to Level 3 apprenticeships. The team work with a number of experts throughout the sector to ensure learners are provided with the most up to date knowledge and skills for progression into their chosen field of work
As an hourly paid multi skills lecturer with Redcar and Cleveland College you will be responsible for creating and delivering a range of innovative and engaging lessons for both young people and adult learners, ensuring teaching and learning meets expected standards. You will be required to plan and deliver a suitable assessment programme ensuring marked work meets the colleges expectations along with tracking records for remaining up to date via both internal and awarding body systems, to show progressions whilst on programme. Administration tasks such as posting relevant classroom resources and materials to group Teams pages, entering information and data onto internal systems and communication with both students and parents/carers is a required element of the role.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, enthusiastic and inspiring lecturer, with knowledge of current trends within the construction industry and the desire to upskill, where needed. High levels of IT and knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Teams would be beneficial. The ability to manage own time and workloads is required, along with being able to work independently, using own initiative is essential. Experience and knowledge of all elements linking to health & safety within the trades is required. We are seeking a lecturer who can deliver Level 1 programmes to both adults and young people across carpentry & joinery, brick and plastering.
A Level 2 qualification within a brick, plastering or carpentry & joinery trade is essential, along with at least 2 years industry experience and the desire to learn skills within other services needed.
